Overview

VIP Cloud is operated by TRL11 to provide account access, organization management, device pairing, Commander server management, stream coordination, notifications, and operational collaboration tools. This policy describes the information VIP Cloud collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as email address, authentication provider identifiers, profile details you choose to provide, organization membership, role information, and profile or organization images.

We also collect operational information needed to run the service, including paired device records, Commander server records, heartbeat status, device settings state, stream assignments, event history, notification tokens, Intercomms messages, and service logs.

How We Use Information

Information is used to authenticate users, maintain organization access controls, pair and manage devices, provision and remove Commander servers, coordinate video restreams, send requested notifications, display operational event history, and provide support or security monitoring.

Third-Party Services

VIP Cloud may use third-party providers for authentication, transactional email, push notifications, infrastructure hosting, payment processing, and cloud server provisioning. These providers process data only as needed to support the service functions they provide.

SMS And Mobile Information

VIP Cloud may send SMS messages for account verification, password recovery, organization invitations, phone verification, and operational notifications requested by authorized users or organization admins. Message frequency varies by account and organization activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and related consent information are used only to provide VIP Cloud account and operational messaging. Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Access And Security

Access to organization data is controlled by user roles. Admins and managers can perform operational actions according to their permissions. We use technical and administrative controls intended to protect account and operational data from unauthorized access.

Retention

We retain account, organization, device, event, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security needs, support audits, or comply with legal obligations. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
