Use Of VIP Cloud

VIP Cloud is provided by TRL11 for authorized users to manage organizations, paired devices, Commander servers, video restreams, notifications, event history, and internal communications. You may use VIP Cloud only for lawful purposes and only as permitted by your organization.

Accounts And Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Organization admins are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing users who no longer require access.

Operational Responsibilities

Users with sufficient permissions may pair or unpair devices, change remote settings, manage Commander servers, assign streams, and trigger notifications. You are responsible for confirming that operational actions are authorized and appropriate for your environment.

Acceptable Use

You may not use VIP Cloud to violate laws, compromise systems, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse infrastructure provisioning, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or outside your organization's authorized mission.

SMS Messaging

VIP Cloud may send transactional and operational SMS messages related to account verification, password recovery, phone verification, organization invitations, and notifications requested by authorized users or organization admins. Message frequency varies by account and organization activity. Message and data rates may apply.

By providing a phone number, verifying a phone number, accepting an organization invitation, or receiving a notification requested by an authorized organization user, you agree to receive applicable VIP Cloud SMS messages. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Service Availability

VIP Cloud may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, operational issues, cloud provider limitations, security events, or other causes. TRL11 may update service features and operational limits over time.

Limitations

VIP Cloud is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every operational use case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRL11 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
